Looking for a bit of daily wisdom? Maybe it's time to ask a cat.
   Two Portland animal lovers and artists have created Ask Your Cat cards to give you a day's worth of advice from your "inner cat." Each little card has a clever drawing of a cat with a phrase such as "count your blessings," "wake up," "trust life" or "socialize."
   The card's creators formed a company called Seva Pet (pronounced "save a pet",

and say that at least 10 percent of profits go to animal welfare organizations.
